Since becoming licensed in 2000, Jason L. Sturkie, Esq. has dedicated his entire career to helping those who are injured. Originally from the Midlands, Jason has been a resident of the Upstate since graduating from law school. Prior to founding Sturkie Injury Law, PC, Mr. Sturkie worked and learned alongside some of the finest most highly regarded trial, injury, and disability attorneys in the state. Licensed to practice in all South Carolina trial and appellate courts, including the South Carolina Supreme Court and Federal District Court, Mr. Sturkie provides comprehensive legal representation when you need it most. 
With a Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law and an LLM in post-graduate legal studies from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, our firm combines academic excellence with real-world legal experience.

Mr. Sturkie began his legal journey with the McCravy Law Firm in 2001, where he honed his skills in personal injury law over more than two decades of practice. His educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Carolina, followed by advanced legal studies that prepared him for the practice of law.
Throughout his career, Mr. Sturkie has built his reputation through dedicated advocacy and thorough case preparation, earning the trust of clients throughout the Upstate region including scores of repeat clients.
